Very long waiting time. You can hear staff goofing off when others are saying that the food is ready and to hand out orders, no one comes to the window or pays you any mind. I ordered seasoned fries and they came out with no seasoning on them at all. I understand the stresses of work and I typically don’t complain since I have worked food service, but someone needs to tell the employees at this location to get their act together. The food isn’t my main concern, my main concern is that no one in the store takes their job seriously.

Staff is so nice here. They’re eager to please & help. This is only our 2nd time here so we’re unfamiliar with the menu & Everett was so patient. He told us what different specials were & introduced us to Bo’s spice which of course we bought because we love the fries.

Apparently the new test menu, which does not feature bone-in chicken, has made its way to NC. I have gone to this location three times to order bone in chicken and have been told they do not have it. I will be taking my business to Popeyes from here on out.

What is happening to Bojangle’s??? Both Waynesville locations are having serious problems. We were just trapped in line at the Hazelwood (S. Main) location for an hour and couldn’t escape because of the curbs. The lobby is closed/door locked so there isn’t a restroom to use. And the payoff? A thin disk of a biscuit..

Not to mention the lady is always very friendly & thoughtful. Easily something I look forward to when I get off of my graveyard shift.

I went through the drive through as I mostly do, the young lady Darlene was very nice and as always when she is there, greets you with a very friendly smile! It is rare these days to find someone working in this industry with that kind of energy at 6am. Darlene is a huge asset for this establishment and it seems each time I stop for breakfast (about 4 times to a week) she is always there with that wonderful smile! Keep up your energy Darlene and I will always return. 5 ⭐ all the way!!!

I went to the Bojangles of waynesville on S. Main Street. And done the Drive throw. The person whom took my order did a very outstanding job and for how hard I am about my order I feel this person took more time to understand my needs and to make me feel wanted of business. When I got to the window the lady name badge said Darlene. This person went up and over with her customer service skills and I I’m very happy that my visit went so well. I recommend anyone to have there this lady take your order and management should be very excited to have her as a team member. And she needs to have a rase.
