This place has exceptional BBQ, great smoky taste and fall off the bone ribs. Brisket is worthy for any Gold metal, and the pulled pork is best I have ever had. The ambiance is perfect.

Stopped at the food truck and had an amazing birra brisket tacos. It was very delicious. The service was great. They were friendly and helpful. It’s worth my money and I will be going back for more to try the other items on the menu.

Hours are limited. We love the new truck in this new spot. Good Bbq! We had a brisket sandwich with the crac-n-cheese and pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw. It was delish… Attempted to go for their taco Tuesday but they were a full hour closed by 7pm when we tried. We have a hard time remembering so many places close early around here even in the summer when it is light till past 9pm.

My partner and I are on search for the best BBQ in Washington and so far this is one of the best out of 6 places we have gone. Solid A, great burgers, amazing pulled, decent brisket (would have loved for it to be chopped for easy eating) and their sauces were all great.

While the brisket in the “Brisket Sammie” is well cooked and a good start to a sandwich, don’t get your hopes up, as it is no more than brisket on white bread. A sauce would have been an improvement.

Owner is very rude. His delivery truck blocked our car in while we parked there to eat at his restaurant. When we asked to have it moved he told us to wait an hour, then got mad, then stalked away. We found the driver and he was nice and took care of us. We have such a nice little community here, I refuse to patronize a restaurant who’s owner cannot demonstrate basic courtesy.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I am not a “meat eater”- by that I mean that I rarely eat animal based protein, I’m not Fully Vegan or completely Vegitarian…. and it’s mostly due to the dang tasty grub at Roots! Like a moth to the sweet.juicy, dripping with goodness flame. In the summer when the smokers pump out that beconing aroma any “edge” that I have doesn’t just break… it melts into a ritch tangy sauce, second only to Whatever magic the sauce on the half chicken order is. Seriously though, hands down my favorite bbq joint. The folks working there are always way nice, the spicy sausages are Crazy good, don’t miss out on the brisket or pulled pork sandwiches though and of course the half chicken (ask for extra sauce…. it has plenty on it, but you are never going to get enough of that stuff).
