Definitely do not recommend this location, the worst part about my experience was that the melt i ordered was not “melted” at all In fact the whole sandwich was room temperature they could’ve at least used a heat lamp to keep it warm if it was made long before I ordered it. I’m surprised the meat was actually cooked, the bread was stale too. However the fries were hot and freshly made the only thing that was done right. The dining area was filthy and the bathroom was too (although it didn’t smell bad just looked bad) The employees had poor people skills but I wouldn’t consider them rude. I don’t recommend you spend your money here.

So this has already happened twice but I haven’t gotten the chance to realize until it’s too late because I pass through the drive thru. They charge me for something I didn’t order. I ordered chicken fries as a Medium combo. I did get what I asked for but I got charged for something I did not order. Great food and nice employees it’s just that issue which is unfortunate. Maybe it’s a system error or something. Hopefully it gets resolved in the future.

The morning team displays what good customer service is, can’t say the same for their night shift. I went tonight and I understand drive-thru has a time they have to remain under, it could be a 2 minute mark idk however much time they have, but there’s no reason why “customer service” has to be forgotten. The cashier who took my order tonight was so short with me that it came off rude I’m not sure if she was just trying to speed it up or that’s how she always is or if she’s having a bad day whatever the case it’s not difficult to display a better attitude. Now I’ve read from other reviews about this same problem, cashiers being rude and not saying thank you so at this point can’t blame the employee you can only blame the general manager of this location.
