This is the 2nd time ,I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and received a small pizza in a medium box. I called the store and the person who answered the phone lied and said I had the wrong store then when I read the address on the receipt he had nothing to say. The pizza is also cold and has a funky taste!!!!

The amount of butter that they put on these garlic breadsticks is DISGUSTING! Not only is the breadsticks soggy but the over use of butter got all over the pizza box and not to mention all over my fabric seats in my DAMN car! I am very upset by this. Papa johns do something about this!

after a long work day decided to order out, big mistake now I am cooking the barely done wings that were delivered because I can’t throw food away. due to past experience, I ordered both orders of wings well done. They came with jiggly fat and chewy on the inside-half done part raw..yuck!! I called the store, surely someone will step up…nope. I got a male employee, who after I gave my address and name, assured me that he personally put our wings through twice and they were certainly well done. When I asked him if he was insinuating that i did not know the difference between raw and cooked meat he said he didnt know hat he was supposed to do about it. He then proceeded to ask me our address again and what side of the street we lived on. Then he came back on after a long silence and said “I can’t even find that you ordered here.” I asked him how he had been able to tell me he personally cooked our wings to well done? If the order wasn’t from their store how did it get delivered to us? At that point he informed me if I continued with “that tone” with him, he wasn’t going to talk to me. I hung up on him. $40, I will never get back again and $40 we will never spend at Papa John’s again! Unbelievably poor customer service!

I ordered 4 large pizzas to take up to my daughter’s school for her birthday. Placed the order 4 hours ahead of time through PJs app. Went to go pick it up only to be greeted with a unfriendly staff who told me it’ll be over 30 minutes till I get my pizzas. A notification or phone call would be nice to let me know I won’t be getting my pizzas on time. This location clearly doesn’t care about their customers. 16 disappointed school kids that day ☹️

Ordered one large cheese pizza and breadsticks through Doordash. After over an hour waiting my order was cancelled. When I tried calling the store to find out what happened, I was just told my order was canceled and there were 10 orders ahead of mine still. No reason given and was told that by talking on the phone it was making things take even longer.
