The customer service was fine. I will be back. I wish some of the tables were a little cleaner but I understand they may have been a little short staff. Now my food. Half of my burger seems a little too done. It was good but Tudor what you pay there you don’t want burnt bread. And I don’t send food back. I just deal with it or eat around it.

Food and service were great, gave atmosphere 3 stars only because it was uncomfortably cold in there. Also, I ate there weeks prior and ordered he same bacon cheeseburger in a bowl but the first time I was charged for an extra meat patty and this time I was given 2 patties without even asking. So I’m not sure if the bacon cheeseburger comes with one or two patties

I just spent $11.29 for cheeseburger that tasted like a kids burger from McDonals!!! No condiment, nothing else! Regular fries were $6.24 & a plain grilled cheese was $6.29. So $35.99 for a lunch ! Only thing decent was their fries…they haven’t Changed. What happened??? Except inflation, but wow! Product went down & prices went up. Now I understand why they weren’t busy at lunchtime. Won’t be back.

Food was cooked to order made with fresh produce and products! If you are unfamiliar with this restaurant all the way and large has a completely meaning! All the way included mushrooms and many more toppings than traditional all the way so keep this in mind… Large French fries is large enough to feed an army of 5 quite comfortability! I would like to suggest not dumping the basket of fries for 5 on top of my burger if this is common practice… I would rate 5 stars if not for the lax attitude of staff and lack of information when ordering about the quantity of stated order… The restaurant and kitchen was clean but very chatty employees focused on themselves huddled in the kitchen rather than attending to their duties of the restaurant and it’s patrons could have improved my dining experience for the money I was spending for lunch…

This is a counter service establishment. I had their Jr. Cheeseburger, and it was very filling. You could taste the good quality fast food burger. They have a soda machine with a ton of variety, clean place plenty of seats and enthusiastic employees.

My nine year old grandson wanted Five Guys for dinner. So we went and here is exactly what we ordered: he had a double meet bacon cheeseburger with Ketchup only and a vanilla shake with whipped cream. I had a bacon dog with cheese, pickles and grilled onions and a medium fountain drink. We shared a medium fry.

Always a good place for a quick dine in burger experience. Fiance got bacon cheeseburger junior and I got the larger bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños, and other toppings. We also got a large Cajun fry. Everything was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. A good fast place to eat.

Overpriced! I can find a good burger for a much cheaper price elsewhere. The one star is because of the price and not the food which is good. The offering of fries is just too much. I cannot eat all those fries in one setting. The atmosphere low score is because the employees were talking and not customer focused.

Too expensive!!! It really doesn’t matter how good or bad the food is. A single burger and order of fries is $17!!!! That is crazy! And it’s waaaay slower to get your food compared to much cheaper options for cheeseburgers. DO NOT EAT HERE.
