I got the Mochiko Chicken Plate with white rice and green salad. Salad was crisp, and the rice not mushy. The chicken was nicely seasoned and like the spicy mayo. There was a lot of food so I couldn’t finish it but if I were to come back, I’d try another dish. This was good but not great.

You absolutely need to get the mochiko chicken. It’s the most popular item on the menu and for good reason. You could really taste the ginger flavor in the chicken and the chicken itself was super juicy. I borderline didn’t even need the spicy mayo but it was a nice touch. The potato salad was special too! It was kind of like 75% mashed and 25% chunky potato with not too much mayo. Just how I like it. $2 Asahi beers were the cherry on top.

First impression was disappointing because Salt Complex offers 10% to someone that works here. The manager asked where I work at and told them I work at Verizon —and told me that they don’t give discounts to big companies and only to small business —obviously I don’t own Verizon and discounts are mainly given to employees alone who eats in the area regularly. Businesses bring traffic to the complex and on to their food service.

Great but small location with wonderful service and food!! The Cajun shrimp is by far my favorite. So much flavor packed into that dish. My second is the teriyaki chicken as it’s just really good. Not dry or anything like that. Just good. My daughter loves the yakisoba noodles. She orders that every time. Limited indoor seating but outdoor seating is available.

Small place with limited seating but great food. We had butterfish and seared ahi with garlic. Both were excellent, well-prepared and generous in size. They came with the ubiquitous scoop of rice and mac salad, the latter of which was one of the best as it had a touch of garlic that really made it perfection.

This place came recommended and it was phenomenal!!!!! I got the Cajun garlic shrimp and it was so delicious and such a large portion that I felt full for the entire day after lunch! Wonderful friendly staff and plenty of seating options both indoor and outdoor. Cannot wait to go back and try more items.

Great restaurant in SALT that serves delicious, flavorful, and hearty plates. Pictured are the Chicken Katzu (with mac salad and rice….side of curry) and Chili Tomato Fried Chicken (mac salad and rice). Definitely a BIG portion and zero room for any sort of healthiness. Quickly prepared and picnic tables located immediately outside to eat on site. They serve some local beers and have many different varieties of seafood and meat options. Looking forward to trying some other menu items!
