I had some exceptional dine-in service tonight at dinner. For I always order cream cheese rangoons, this time I got the sizzling shrimp with grilled teriyaki chicken and a side of fried rice. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will always come back for more at this location.

WNC Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning
This location off tunnel road always has fresh food. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. I have been craving the orange chicken and have tried so many places but now I have found the place to go. I enjoyed the thickness of the tempura chicken here and the spring rolls were perfect. My wife ordered general chicken and I loved that too. Parking was very spacious and bathrooms are very clean with hand sanitizer. This spot is right up the road from my work place so I will frequent this location for lunch here. The prices are reasonable. They have a big dine in area. Great service, they were busy and still greeting every customer who walked in. The new crispy almond chicken was worth the wait. Cooks were trying their best to keep up with the demands of the customer’s. They even asked my family and I if we needed help to feel free to ask them for anything. The clients were really friendly and they even had random calls from their security systems to check if they’re ok. They are very kind and very nice! This location is probably the best one near the Asheville mall and trust me when I say this. The staff here very professional and treat every customer with respect!

Ordered through Uber eats and got a messed up order. It wasn’t someone else’s order, as it was almost everything I selected, but they sent me the wrong mains. I get that’s not a huge deal, but when we’re talking about a 4-item order, and 2 of them are wrong, that’s literally a 50% messed up request. Also, this time around, the chow main was dry and seemed old. Something I’d normally ignore if there were no other mistakes that were made.

Food is good, set up of restaurant a little confusing especially for a first timer. Servers not good at listening to requests and questions. Didn’t know terriyaki was an option for a topping until paying for food. Small inside dining area. Had TV’s but weren’t turned on. Music kind of loud for conversations. Would probably only do drive thru in future. All workers had meals on but tables not set up for social distancing. Outside dining area with umbrellas as well.

I read some of the positive reviews and thought I’d give this place a try as I was at the credit union next door and hungry. Their online ordering is easy and fast and so was pickup. Sadly the food was disappointing. I ordered the Premium Black Pepper Angus Steak, but despite the red pepper next to the selection the food had no taste. The vegetables looked great but alas if I were blindfolded I wouldn’t have known what I was eating. It is a little cheaper than my favorite restaurant(now across the street!) but for $5 more I’d have had a full meal and be delighted. I won’t be going back.
