Sometimes it is that place you would never know was there. BEST CHEESESTEAK I’VE EVER HAD! Beer was freezing cold and the roll the cheesesteak came on was unbelievable. It is a New York Rangers hockey bar, but other than that, just kidding, my kind of off the beaten path, laid back kind of bar.

Teddy’s is a fantastic find. It is a total dive, but it is a great dive. Lots of locals and families come here for dinner. The food is fantastic. It is burgers, cheese steaks, wings, and bar food. They have about 8 beers on tap. Nothing exotic. The prices are cheap. The value is fantastic. Finding the place is a little bit of an adventure. I have driven by it and parked in front of it countless times without noticing it. It blends in with the neighbor hood and the garage behind it. The staff couldn’t be nicer

Many moons ago our local cable provider removed the MSG channel as an option for us and I lost the ability to watch my favorite hockey team play games. At the time I was very into hockey and sports in general and it was a huge blow to me. Someone had mentioned to me that in our very area of the Poconos there was a bar/restaurant that aired all the New York Rangers games and also had some pretty decent food at good prices. This seemed to good to be true. It wasn’t.

Great spot to have some food, play some pool/Golf arcade and have some drinks. Jukebox machine and great atmosphere. Server/bartender was very helpful and timely. A favorite spot for me!
