The food here is authentic and so fresh! Authentic, cultural atmosphere. Practice your Español or be ready to point to the menu, it’s refreshing and nice. Bring an appetite! And taste the Chicha morada ( purple corn drink)

I’ll be the first to acknowledge that the restaurant business is a tough one to be in and I wish the staff here good luck. First, the food was EXCELLENT! I had the leche de tigre as an appetizer and was not disappointed–plenty of seafood and nit overpoweringly spiced. I followed with shrimp saltados –plenty of shrimp and lovely potatoes. Here’s the rub: My g/f got her appetizer about 19 mins before I did–I was still eating my appetizer when the entree came out. Of course there was a slight language barrier and that’s ok, we worked it out. Received a complimentary glass of chicha mordada which is to die for! I’ll return in a few months to see how they’re doing! Good luck, guys!
