I’ve been to La Marra many times and the food is always consistent. This was my first time ordering the Veggie Platter as the lunch platter is not available on the weekend. Fresh bread is always provided. The platter included Tabouli, Hummus that was very delicious, rice, salad, grapes leaves, falafal and spinach pies.

Customer service makes or breaks a company, and they did an amazing job. So basically part of my order was missing. I called them and they were able to replace it. They were so quick and nice, gave me some extra warm fresh bread and baklava! So unnecessary!!!! They already have the best food and the fact they only had 2 guys working, and were killing it, makes me a customer for life! Thank you team for turning a bad experience into a great one

I ordered catering for a Bachelorette Party. From the first phone call to when the food was dropped off, A+ service! 10/10 would recommend. Food was fantastic! Price was extremely fair for the amount that we had. They were even so nice to drop the food off to us and was sure to double check with me on time & address. Will be ordering from them again!

Ordered the Chicken Ghallaba. Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine is my favorite and I am very critical on this food. I’ve had some really amazing dishes from other similar restaurants. The gold standard for me is La Feast and La Marsa and eating this dish just did not meet my expectations. The dish tasted bland and the salad felt like no effort was put into it. I don’t see myself returning to La Marra.

called in my order, got there 10 minutes after the scheduled time they said it would be ready, food was not ready or even put into the system. they got our food wrong, asked for no onions and got extra onions, asked for garlic sauce for the wait and told me its 1 dollar each, asked if i can have 1 for the wait and was told NO. Cashier was like a robot and then there’s only 1 cook. 2 staff members running a whole restaurant? ill never return to that location.

Obtained my food around 4:30pm. Upon eating my food that tasted warmed up, I broke my pita bread in half and found it to be extremely hard and stale. I called the restaurant and spoke with Mike to inform him that he gave me very stale old pita bread. I asked him if he knew that the bread was old and stale and he admittedly said yes. He went on to explain that he knowingly gives old stale bread without charge to the customers and it’s on them to say whether they want the bread or not. I was livid. Because i was never even asked/given an option to say I did NOT want old stale bread. I shld have followed my first mind to check my food before leaving, but I was starving & in a hurry to my next stop in a busy day. In informing him of the above and that I was a Public Health official who wld report him knowingly serving old food, his response was hanging up on me. Do NOT eat from this restaurant!!! I NEVER had this problem with Pita Cafe, further down on Greenfield, but better believe, I WILL be passing them by for Mediterranean food from Pita Cafe!!! I recorded the hard stale pita bread sounding like crackers upon breaking them in half!!
