Nooka needs to learn how to act in a professional manner. Accusing associates of taking a burrito that was missing, yelling across the store for a new one to be made saying things like “how many times do I have to ask” then she proceeds to lean on the wall and scroll through her phone while other people scramble to solve the problem. What really tipped the ice berg for me was when she announced she was going to dumpster dive and look through the entire trash can; in what I would assume is an effort to find a burrito. She belittled fellow coworkers and made the entire restaurant uncomfortable. If a missed burrito is what sets her off I’d suggest she find a new position. Our tacos were not supreme just regular and our burritos were swimming in sour scream. I’d say those are minor mistake though for working in such a hostile environment.

Came to pick up our order inside, pretty long waiting though, workers were asking us what is it in mobile order, may be it is easier to check the screens? Anyway, the mostly repulsive reason to leave the review it was very dirty all around, look at the photos – during this all time – another worker was sitting inside the room at the table, playing with phone, sometimes deal with waiting customer line at the cash register and then return to his phone at the client`s table…all other tables were dirty and not clean up. Strange strategy to keep up business, no more procedure to follow?

Drive through was very slow. Food was OK. Chicken tender taco had pretty much no lettuce or cheese and was very over cooked(almost rock hard). Gave me almost no cheese with my chips. Won’t be coming to this location again.

Love stopping here for a quick bite. Usually fast friendly service. Once in a while they forget the cheese sauce or sour cream. Love the new Nacho Cheese Fries with the cheese sauce.

Nice building. Went through the drive thru though since the lobby closed. Staff overwhelmed. Long line. Food was typical Taco Bell….fairly inexpensive, not terrible, not world-class.

Not a great experience last time. Guy threw food at me basically and when I tried to ask for drink cup he said not my job. Then I was going to reach over the counter to grab cup and lady said I shouldn’t be reaching over. They will get it and I was like but when will you get it. Not even a thank you from either person.

lady at window was super rude. she kept screaming at us and we were still ordering when she said “8.09 pull up” like were not finished and we were still talking. anyways then we get up to the window as my boyfriend works at tacobell, and he asked for employee discount. she got super mad as if it was a huge inconvenience for her. then yelled so loud and said DARREN poor darren comes over she starts screaming at whoever darren is about how she cant do it shes not a manager yet darren didnt even say a word about her not being a manager he just started doing it. she is older with glasses had like silver or blonde hair. she also wasnt even in uniform. my boyfriends rootbeer was nasty, they claim the box is full. my black bean crunchwrap was not good the beans were old and all mushed it was nasty i couldnt eat it and they forgot our sauces. so not coming back to this taco bell and that attitude was outrageous.

Came to the window, forgot my order and caused a line. Worker had headphones in and was confused on why we were waiting for my order after my friend got his, although the worker clarified it with me. Sat and waited for about 5 minutes after, and they ended up giving me someone else’s order.
