I think they have the best fries in Reno. Burgers are pretty good. Be sure to ask for ‘light’ onion, or you get a big slice of a whole onion. Not much of an atmosphere, but it’s clean, fairly quick, and always delicious!! I’ve been going here since they opened at this location.

The food was not good at all. My coleslaw came with dressing that turned out to be Italian dressing. We ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. My first experience dining at Juicy Burger was very odd. The person who took my order was friendly enough. I eventually got my order, the grilled chicken sandwich was ok, the bun was cold, not a huge deal. The fries were overcooked and hard, again, not a huge deal. I ate 3 or 4 fries smothered in mustard, I got through it. And now for the deal breaker…I got up to use the bathroom and it was locked, this didn’t surprise me, as I saw a sign on the door as I walked in. I assumed since I was a paying customer, they would hand me the key. This is where things got really weird, I assume the man I asked about the bathroom was the owner or manager. After I inquired about it, he turned around very slowly, looked at me like I had two heads, and started ranting about non customers coming in and wanting to use his bathroom. At that point he walks me over to the men’s room with key in hand, and reluctantly unlocks for me. I completely understand having the bathroom locked, like many businesses do, you can’t have people coming in and taking advantage. The guy made me so uncomfortable, I’ll never go back to this place again. His lack of people skills and rudeness was just too much. It’s not rocket science, put a coded lock set on the door like other places, and simply give it to your customers as needed.

I’ve been going to Juicy’s since the early 80’s. They were really good back then. In the early 2000’s, they hit a not so good time, justaverage time. Since about 2012, they have been great. Look forward to going to Juicy’s for a burger. Staff has been great at all locations, but prefer Longley & McCarren. Really good!!!

Pleasant guy at the counter took my order. Basic menu, no thrills. Looking for a good hamburger ? You bet! Satisfied my burger tastebuds. Large and in charge tasty.
