Ordered delivery from the Panda Express website and the food was still sitting in the restaurant an hour later! What’s worse is trying to get my money back. I cancelled and went to pick up my own food elsewhere. I have emails proving the cancellation, but the charge is still on my card. They said I would be refunded, but they just kept my money. A week later, I had to dispute the charge with the fraud department at the bank. It was “resolved” quickly and I will have my money back in 45 days. How can Panda Express get away with forcing me to give them a 2 month interest free loan?

Took my family out for dinner and Saturday night of course it’s busy! My servers Kelsey and Irene were phenomenal! We did have to wait for a few items, but it was definitely worth it in the end. The cooks were busting it down and everything was fresh and delicious. One thing I would like to see is the serving area being kept up with and cleaned- but besides that everything was great.

Employees that take the drive through orders need to be retrained as well the cashier at the window on professionalism and sanitary requirements. Playing with crickets at the window and flicking them on a customers car then not washing your hands, but immediately handling food should be addressed. As far as placing orders I don’t know where the disconnect was if the order was repeated back to me correctly how I still ended up with an incorrect order. If I decide to make the drive to return hopefully I have a better experience.

Here is another fastfood restaurant I think is not getting a fair shake. A lot of complaints I have read were about the wait and running out of food. If you ever have visited the Harker heights location you know that the line is always long especially during peak hours. One good thing about them is that the food is always cooked fresh, so some of that wait is due to them cooking more food as it runs out. The service is always top notch and the workers are very dedicated to serving their customers. Also if you have any issues with them they tend to resolve them without hesitation. Would be 5 stars but I have to agree that the food doesn’t always seem seasoned, but they are cooking for hundreds at a time and not for 1 or 2 customers at a time

I know what it is about this panda express feel like I always get ripped off every time I come here and they always take forever. They gave me one small scoop of chow mein and a scoop and a half of rice, five pieces of honey walnut shrimp and somehow my broccoli beef taste burnt and the broccoli isn’t cooked all the way. But my chicken eggroll was decent. And upon further inspection two of my shrimp are from the spicy shrimp
