In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I keep ordering from Checkers remembering how much I loved eating there as a kid only to find myself repeatedly disappointed. The last three times I have ordered there knowing full well what I’m getting myself into. The food is always room temperature, and nothing I ordered is ever exactly as I ordered it. On top of that they regularly completely leave parts of my order unfulfilled. For example my last order was 4 Pick 2 and Save’s. All of them were fry lovers burgers, I only wanted two with no pickles and added bacon, and the rest normal, but all of them had no pickles and none of them had bacon. The deserts I ordered were uncooked and disgusting and my wife’s Double Checker burger wasn’t there. The food was also all room temperature. I don’t know what the problem is over there but this has been how my orders from there go and I keep trying again and again thinking maybe things will change but they never do. I am done ordering food from this checkers.

Ordered 2 checkerburgers , 2 fries and 2 pops was at the window for almost 10 minutes . Expecting hot fresh food because of the wait I was hugely disappointed in the burgers. There’s no way they were cooked to order ! In fact there was nothing remotely warm on them. They were room temp at best and the diet cokes were flat and had no ice. I have to get it out of my mind that checkers used to be good but it’s not anymore and just move on. I’m pretty sure there was only 2 people working in there .

It is a quick and Speedy service and they often have sales and coupons. The only problem that i saw was the manager seems to yell at his workers, but food is good and so are the people.

Usually, I cut this place slack b/c they’re short-staffed and am thankful for fresh food. Today they were full staffed and food was NOT! Mother cruncher $4 (denied my request to have it cut in half) tiny tomato, 1 pickle, and they forgot to cook our desert so we (and all the cars behind us) had to wait.

My boyfriend had a craving for their fries. Cashier kept adding more food to our order when she couldn’t hear instead of correcting it so we ended up being over charged for the lousy food. I hope he never wants those fries again

They took the chicken wings off the menu unless you order them through door dash. Best item on the menu and can’t get by going to location and they close at 5pm. I will NEVER go back to the 8th street location in Holland Michigan. And to all my friends and family it’s not recommended.
