The food was great, good portions, but the reason I gave it a 4 star was the lack of being attentive. I was in with my wife, and my server was taking care of me while my wife stood in line waiting, and no one else acknowledged her. They were in the back and came to the front. It seemed they were preparing a takeout. But they didn’t know if my wife could’ve been by herself. Or at least recognize and ask her that someone will be with her shortly. And there were two of them who didn’t even look up to smile. At least the customer that was picking up the take-out was getting better service, and they were not even there. I believe at least being courteous to the customer that is immediately in front of you. Either way, our server finally took care of my wife.

A great restaurant a Houston Gem ! Salads that hit the mark. They do ever thing well. Their list of handcrafted & carefully created in house made dressings will impress. They serve a delightful sourdough bread made here. They offer a bento box for children or a very nice grilled cheese made on their sourdough. Everything is well thought & carefully done. Um… This is my new favorite spot. We saw this place being built because it’s right down the street from our house, and my husband and I had decided we’d never try it because it sounded like they served horse feed. Sorry, y’all. However, I was craving a salad Monday and decided I’d give it a try…even though I said I never would. I walked in, immediately wanted to try everything on the menu, and decided to order the Alamo after the man next to me recommended it. Oh, man. It was so delicious and so filling, and I felt so good eating it. I loved it so much that I decided to go back again today (Tuesday) to try one of the other bowls!! I ordered the Immunity. It was so delicious. I’m looking forward to having my husband try something! He’s not a vegetable person, but I really think he’d enjoy one of the bowls. If not, maybe a sandwich. Keep up the great work, y’all!

I am not a fan of standing in a queue to order my food, but this concept worked for me. A good place for fresh and healthy salads and limited sandwiches. While the menu boards feature an assortment of salad recommendations, you are able to customize your salad as you watch it being assembled.

Leaf & Grain is a phenomenal, healthy choice for a quick lunch or dinner. The restaurant is cute and clean, and the service is great. I’d highly recommend. They just started selling sandwiches too, and I had the avo club which was so tasty. Everyone should try this place out!

This is my new favorite place to get bowls now! The flavors are great, fresh, and filling! Also not too expensive either! I was able to order online and select a time to pick up and it was ready on time. This is such a great healthy option! I wish there was one in Cypress so I can go every day!

I wanted something healthier, so I came here for the first time the other day. The ordering line was a bit hectic, but it was also lunch rush time. I like how they ask how much dressing I wanted. The portion size was huge! I was sad that I couldn’t finish it all. It may seem pricey, but the amount of food makes up for that.

Leaf and Grain is super cute at Weslayan. I have been to the one downtown but the one out in West U is a lot bigger. It has great outdoor seating and sandwiches (Avocado Club is my favorite). Highly recommend.
