To the eye, this Dunkin seems like a quick drive up, order and be on your way but unfortunately not. This location never seems busy which is great but every time I have stopped there they never have what I want to order. My drink always seems to take forever to make and although it does not call for sugar, my drink taste like a sugar substitute was added. The lack of decor or advertisements (or anything for that matter) on the exterior gives the vibe that the place is closed for business. I think it has potential to be more inviting and gain more customers if only more effort were put into it. Good Luck

The girl who took my order was super sweet, I just ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee with a little bit of oatmilk. But, the guy who made my coffee, put 3 pumps of butter pecan and then filled the entire cup with oatmilk and handed it to me like there was nothing wrong. I’m not sure who would go to a coffee shop and order an entire cup of oatmilk with no coffee in it but I certainly didn’t.

Ordered from the app so I did not have to wait as long. When I arrived I was ignored, I asked for my order and they pointed to a bag that contained 2 of my 14 items ordered. With an attitude, they pack the remainder of my items as if I was bothering them. The items were not as fresh as the other locations in Vineland.

I always place my order on the app before I get there so there’s enough time to have my order prepared when I get there. The last five times I decided to go to this location, my order was not ready. I didn’t think anything of it because it was busy, but for them to prepare the orders that had just walked in and placed them was out of line. Another visit I had once again place me order on the app, and when I got there they didn’t have what I ordered. So I asked for a refund, I used to work in customer service. I know how it is, but for her to tell to tell me that she doesn’t know how to do a refining and I should do it myself was out of line. SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! I was coming to this location because it is closer to my job, but after that I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. Haven’t been here in months because the last couple of experiences I’ve had here were awful. But I was busy and this was the closest Dunkin to me. Ordered on the app for a hot latte and when I come to pick it up they tell me that their latte machine is being clean and it’s gonna take about half an hour for them to finish. It’s an ice cold day and you wanna do this now ? Ended up asking me if I wanted a iced latte instead. Once again it’s freezing cold out why would I want something cold ? When I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t give it to me because I put my order for the app. So you’re telling me there’s no way you could’ve given me my money back? Absolute joke . Avoid at all costs .
