Beginning from a roadside food trailer in 2013, and opening a restaurant in 2021, Big Dan’s BBQ continues to serve the best BBQ around. The restaurant inside Rohrbach’s Farm Market, in the barn loft. The restaurant is open seasonally, opening from the end of April to the end of December. We are available for catering all year round.

Spent an afternoon at Knoebel’s , then stopped here for dinner. We enjoyed 1/2 rack of pork ribs, pulled pork, roasted corn, and corn salad. Everything was delicious, ribs were smoked with a rub, and partial sauced when served. The ribs were excellent, loads of actual meat, not the typical 80% fat, 20% meat I often run across. The place is beautiful, country, wood style. Service was super. Definitely will return and recommend.

This is a very special place. I do not dish out 5 star reviews. This was perfect. Everything. I am so impressed and the sauces were from all the regions and hit the mark perfect. We had the brisket bowls, fanatical!!! Moist but not fatty. So tasty! Sides (mac & jack and coleslaw) were terrific too. Atmosphere is super cute with a neat store below. Service was very nice and food came out super quick.

Great BBQ joint and I spent years in the south! I have also been smoking meat for just over 10 years. This is a 5 star bbq restaurant. The inside is beautiful perfect for a family night out. The staff are always kind (Chick-fil-A kind!!) There is a store downstairs that has excellent local produce, bakery goods and wine.

What a great place! It’s upstairs from the market. It’s very clean and spacious. Super quick, friendly service! The food was excellent! We had Pulled pork and Brisket sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw, and white chicken chili. All were very well made! We will be back!
