My wife and I stopped here about a week ago and got our food quickly, window person was friendly. My wife’s meal wasn’t the right one that we ordered, but halfway through our meal- I found what seemed to be a foot long gray hair wrapped throughout my burrito. Disgusted, I went inside to get a refund and was met with a bunch of younger employees shouting as I came in about how funny it was they had a complaint. Then the manager offered to remake our food. Um, no thanks- you clearly don’t practice good hygiene behavior at the Mt Vernon location.

Ordered a BLT- said they were out of the regular bread so they substituted it, which is fine but when I got home it only had bacon and tomatoes on it. This is seriously so unacceptable. How hard is it to put the normal things on a sandwich. Who thought that this was good enough? Really glad I spent $9 for a meal and this is my sandwich. Do better.

Typically I love Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. I was really surprised by the terrible service we received. We were the only car in line at 2:30pm. I ordered one plain bagel sausage sandwich. They told me they were out of all bagels except cinnamon raisin, Asiago, or multigrain. I opted for the multigrain and asked to make it into a meal. My options were to bits but only chocolate or blueberry because they’re were out of everything else, a donut but the donut selection was “extremely limited” (there words not mine), a muffin but they only had one kind, and no hash browns. I ended up going with just the sand which when I got home I was shocked to see they took a piece of sausage and cut it in half. The bagel was also hard as a rock. We ended up driving back to return the sand which and get our money back.

I’d like to review higher, because out of the big 3 coffee chains this is becoming my favorite. But I was not pleased at all with the service. After attempting to hand me some ice filled thing instead of coffee from the window the cashier rolled her eyes at me and had me wait out front for 10 minutes to get my order.

Listen, I LOVE Tim Hortons…it is probably one of my favorite fast food chains out there. However, whenever I order the Ham and Swiss sandwich, I have a 50/50 chance of there being ham on it. The ham has been forgotten twice on this sandwich which really makes me sad and upset. The service at the location I go to is sub-par, which is really disappointing since everywhere else I’ve been it’s been lovely. Please, I understand mistakes, but I have other people tell me that the ham on their sandwich has been forgotten as well.

Will never be going back to this location again! Found out today, by an employee, after I paid for and received my order, that they do not make any donuts after 11. So anything you purchase, has been sitting there since 11. Any other Time Hortons I’ve been to continues to make popular items throughout the day and obviously the item I wanted is popular, because they could not fill my order!!!!!!
