Never eat here. Your order will be messed up. Drove 20min from this location home from getting out of the hospital then had to go back 20min drive there and 20min back. Smart elek girl in window was the one with the attitude. You be in hospital and not aloud to eat then get wrong stuff. Only ice for days. Tea sounds fabulous after all of that. Will never go to this location again Chuck. I will continue my business with linden Ave store.

This place a joke went thru drive thru was there a total of 45 mins waiting on 1 chicken sandwich when I paid was supposed to be done in 3 mins so waited over 10 mins for them to come out so I went back in and was told it would be another 5 mins on the sandwich.. was rude with me when I asked for my money back just crazy it takes that long for 1 chicken sandwich. All 3 people wasn’t doing anything but laughing and horsing around. If they would of told us about the wait when I first ordered or when I came to the window to pay it would not have made me so mad but I waited over 5 minutes for my change then to be told to pull up it will be 3 mins for my sandwich then 10 sitting and waiting then so on .. this store neeeds a new employee makeover

The service was horrible. The worker Carrie on a whole conversation on the ordering speaker and her description of food im interested in was as if I’m buying it at Kroger frozen food section and the portion amount we received was unbelievably the size ud serve to my 2.5 yr old grandson as a snack. We had to go back thru as she didn’t even give us plastic utensils to eat with. Most horrible experience and the worst part is Iwas introducing an out of state friend to a chicken place he’s never eaten at or heard of so all of my praises for this chain of restaurants instantly went down the crapper.

I called to ask about ordering ahead for a pickup at a specific time on a Wednesday night. The manager John, listened to me and immediately took my name and said he’d make sure my order was hot and ready at the time I requested. When I arrived, the staff, as well as John was very professional and courteous. My order was excellent and so is John and his staff. It’s refreshing to receive awesome customer service nowadays.
