Just went thru drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Drove back to my office and pulled it out of the bag… Does this look like chicken? I ate it because I don’t have time to drive back and the burger tastes like cardboard. Gross!

This is hands-down the worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had a good experience there. Usually the employees are rude and screaming at each other. The service is incredibly slow and the food is sub-par, even if they manage to get the order correct (which is rare). I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Slow service, food was warm, not hot and person behind counter shuffled along as if I had all the time in the world. I ordered three items and she still asked me what I wanted. She was so busy conversing with her family member, other customers got neglected. Yikes! Cross that location off my “fast food” run.

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and one grilled chicken sandwich. Both crispy sandwiches the chicken was burned and the grilled sandwich had a piece of paper in the middle. They refused to give our money back, the manager apologized but said their boss wouldn’t allow refunds and couldn’t even get him to come out of his office to talk to us. We even complained to corporate and still haven’t received any communication or compensation. Now boycotting all Wendy’s!

The Wendy’s in crystal is awesome! The Wendy’s on CO Rd 9 in Plymouth is abysmal! Twice I had problems at the one on CO Rd 9 and I never got a call back and when I asked for a call back from somebody higher than the store from the customer service line I never got a call! At least one location can do things right because their office doesn’t care about customers at all! Because of this I will give them just 2 stars over all though the crystal location deserves 5 stars!

Horrible experience, waited several minutes at the drive thru before anyone some to me, then several more before they took my order. Basically got yelled at through the speaker because supposedly they asked what I wanted, for all that I couldn’t hear that. Waited ten minutes at the window for my food, only for them to forget my drink so I had to wait another five minutes for someone to come back to the window and say “what you still want” very aggressively. I politely said that I still needed my drink. She gave me my drink and I went on my way. Found out my fries were completely unsalted, which was fine I suppose, but when I was p some with my drink I went to pour the remainder of it out only to find that whatever had been in my cup was absolutely filthy, with something brownish stuck to the side and speckled brown and black bits floating in the remaining liquid and choosing the sides of the cup.

Great food at reasonable prices. They made an error on my order, i got someone else’s, and didn’t notice it till i was back at work. No problem, stopped by after work and got me the meal I had originally ordered. No hassle, great customer service.

First the drive thru had a long line due to not being able to order unit you make it to the second window (YES!! you have to order your food at the second window) then the lady at the window gave me the wrong drink, wrong sandwich and my fries were at the bottom of the bag, not to mention they were cold. Take my advice do not come to this Wendys, go to Brooklyn Park, the food and customer service is 100 times better

Pretty decent place. I can usually get through the drive through fast and the staff is friendly enough. I found that the burgers are actually better without the bun, because usually the bus are a bit dried out.
