At drive through the customer in front of me for my food and went through it, said that isn’t mine and gave it back. Girl at drive through tried to give me that bag. I actually had to argue with her she isn’t allowed to do that because of contamination and she had to give me a fresh one. How does she not understand that? That’s basic knowledge. I called corporate. I used to work at Dairy Queen, McDonald’s and Taco Bell how in the heck does she not know this?

I think I’m done with this location. Last three times I’ve tried to go there for lunch and they got my order wrong all three times. Apparently you can no longer get a regular roast beef sandwich at any Arby’s. At least not this location. They will only give you Beef & Cheddar’s. I also ordered a Reese’s cookie and they gave me a salted caramel cookie instead. Finally, at least two out of my three most recent attempts at this location I have specifically asked for Arby’s sauce and gotten nothing.

Not bad, but not great. The Beef and Cheddar is good (but it seemed like they skimped on the meat) and the shakes are good. Dining room was pretty dirty. Fries were overcooked. When we’re in the right mood, it hits the spot. But we’re not “thinking Arby’s” much these days.

As with all fast food, it depends on who’s running the shift. Today, someone’s FAKE EYE LASHES almost fell in my food. Where the hell is the HEALTH DEPARTMENT when you need them? That’s what that ServeSafe paper hanging on your wall means, that you’ve read it and are abiding by those safety rules; don’t come to work looking like you just got in from the club because when I worked fast-food, I didn’t need fake nails & fake eyelashes to flip those burgers!
