I ordered 2 gravy biscuits, 2 plain biscuits, 1 bacon biscuit and 13 sausage biscuits. I ask to please not put them in one bag because once before they had put several in a bag like this and they were mashed. When they gave me my order they were all in one bag. I asked to please put in another bag as they would be mashed. I guess it was a supervisor grabbed the bag and put all of the biscuits in another bag. This made 18 biscuits in one bag and the 2 gravies in another. She was rude saying they would not be mashed!! Well guess what ! They were and 18 people saw the results !! Someone needs some training on bagging orders and customer service!!!

Found a press-on fingernail in food. That has made it so I never want to eat here again. Manager said that we must have put it in there because they were all wearing gloves and none of his employees wear fake nails. Yuck.

Ordered sausage breakfast platter through drive thru and when I got to work 10 minutes later to eat it, I had no sausage and no gravy in the platter but had an extra biscuit. What kind of idiots do you have working here? It’s not that difficult to get a simple order correct.

This is so sad. I brought my kids for breakfast. $20 for three biscuits? Then the quality was disgusting. I had a hard over-cooked biscuit with a hair in it. Yuck! Service sucked. When I asked a question, they looked at me like I had two heads. It was a simple question. I would give zero stars if I could.

Staff used profanity amounst them selve, but can hear it. Uniforms on employees were sloppy. Not a very professional staff. As for food, it was prepared, but then the same staff that uniforms were sloppy, so you can assume the food was prepared in the same standard of caring. I really like Hardee’s, but I believe I will just have to skip to the next one or eat somewhere else.
