Don’t waste your money on 2 double cheeseburgers for $5 . They are tiny. I made it a combo for extra 3.50 and the fries were soggy. Service was good but with rising prices everywhere, it’s better to make my own hamburgers from the grocery store. Plus the buns were hard as a rock which means they buns were old.

I was wondering . Is Hardee’s walking down the street? Saying you have a job. You have a job. You have a job. No. Then why is the service absolutely lousy? The employees on second shift acts like it’s killing them to give you service. I mean they didn’t act like that when they filed out the application. If they didn’t want to do the job. Then why fill out the application to begin with? And you deleting your star ⭐️ meal deal. I bought 2 of these at least three days a week. What are you thinking ? Are you trying to run off all of your business? And then your sign on the window said open until 9 o’clock. But yet at 8 o’clock they are saying we are closed. Is Hardee’s here going by central time? I want be back. Until you can hire people that wants to work. Hardee’s has never been this bad. Definitely not to a paying customer. You need to close the doors. Give your people more money . And the service gets worse. Or absolutely sucks. I don’t get it. As far as dining in. I walked out. I recommend everyone not eating here. The service sucks. The hamburgers are dry. Like they was served from the night before. And you get less and less on fries and tator tots.

The food used to be ok but now the burgers are always dried out like they sat them on some heat source and just dragged it out once you ordered. Same thing with the fries. Used to be nice crisp and hot every time but now your just getting cold fries soggy with oil ugh. If you go inside they never have the condiments ready but at least they are fast, of course that comes at the expense of actually having good food.

French fries were cold and the hamburger wasn’t fit to eat. The chicken sandwich was so overcooked that you couldn’t eat it. The kids that were working there just threw it together and they had such bad attitudes. I was the only one in line and there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant and it took forever for me to get my food. I expect to get decent food for the money I paid. This used to be a good place to eat but now it’s horrible.

Service sucked and employees were extremely rude and disrespectful also pure lazy and sloppy. I honestly wanted to go over the counter on this rude little kid who was surprisingly a manager (shift leader). The General manager made everything right tho so my hats off to her cause she was the only reasonable one in the store. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this location in Rockwell N.C.
