Not a bad atmosphere, but the ramen noodles smelled like old urine in a nursing home. A group of 4 of us 2 got their meals, about 5 minutes later my daughter gets hers and after waiting 10 minutes to the point everyone was almost finished I cancelled my order. Very disappointed in the service. By that time we didn’t even want to alert management to our dissatisfaction, we just agreed never to go back. Problem solved. Just trying to give feedback from a negative experience

I got the Duck Bamboo Soup and Special Fried Rice. I tell you what they are both good. The fried rice ofc is well seasoned and everything blends in with each other. The duck soup had a healthy taste of boiled duck meat with veggies.

A great Vietnamese restaurant in the mandarin area! We usually go to Southside or beach blvd for good pho places, we figured to try Nudo and it was pretty good! Good food, good service (I think the owners were helping serving so they had great insight on the entrees), good prices, and service was fast!

I’m a frequent customer to Nudo because the Pho’s are usually very delicious. But for some reason the last two times I have ordered something is off with the broth it’s not as flavorful it seems watered down which is what made me love this place, and the rice noodles have this weird smell and taste to them like spoiled food or something. I thought it was just a fluke but having ordered twice weeks apart with the same issue I don’t think I’ll be a regular customer again.

This place is awesome! I was a little bit worried walking in because there was hardly anyone inside- but the food was really good! It’s quiet inside and the staff are very friendly- the food comes out pretty quickly and is piping hot so you know it’s fresh! We will definitely be returning soon for some more pho!

I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in the mandarin area and found this place. Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine on San Jose Blvd had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The place is extremely clean especially the bathroom. The decor was inviting and looks like a higher class restaurant. I was pleased with staff which was attentive and friendly. I ordered my go to meal of Pho Ga with grilled chicken spring roll and water. The food came out fast and very hot! The spring roll was tasty and I enjoyed it. The Pho Ga was extremely hot which is a good thing and the flavor of the broth was very good. As you see from the pictures the Pho was packed with herbs, rice noodles and chicken and I was happy with that. I did enjoy it but I felt the broth was very oily which is not what I like. It did have tons of flavor but the oily broth made me not finish my meal. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants and while this is good I might not want to order the Pho Ga again. I will come back and try other items to see how they are. Overall it was a good experience and I did like the cleanliness of the restaurant.

My only complaint is, there was no rice in my Pan seared Rice Cake. Got the egg, Daikin, scallions, and pickled carrots. That was delicious. We, also, got the Nudo sampler. Beef broth pho, and veggie fried rice. It was all delicious.
