Ketchup is terrible. Ate lunch at the Boathouse in Salida, CO. The lunch was very good, unfortunately the “ketchup” left a bad taste in All our mouths. Organic does not equate to “good”.

Actually this review is more for their customer service than anything else. The ketchup is good in it’s self, and used to be able to buy at Sprouts, but haven’t been able to find it for months now. The reason I want to buy it is because it is locally made and I want to support local businesses as much as I can. One other reason is that there isn’t any high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient in it. My complaint is their customer service, I have tried to contact them via email several times and they have never answered any of them. They don’t have a phone number to call to talk to anyone. I understand that maybe the pandemic may have something to do why it’s so hard to obtain any products, so maybe they aren’t producing as much. Maybe because the restaurants aren’t open to indoor dining. I would for sure buy it in the stores along with their bloody mary mix. It’s too bad they don’t care about their customers.

Cinnamon? Really? Who out there is putting cinnamon on their hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, etc? Any unsuspecting person who buys the original recipe ketchup, which is labeled as savory and zesty. Weird. Bonus star for not over sweetening at least.

Elevation Ketchup is the finest in all the land of US and A. I’ve tried all the standard flavors and Restaurant style is by far the best. Unfortunately I have learned that EK is taking a hiatus while restaurants figure things out after the shutdown. So that’s why you will not find any EK on store shelves…sadface.
