I would drink coffee but since i stoped coffee and started drinking there teas and working out more I’ve really noticed a huge difference in my life. I absolutely love BLEND West. The shakes are perfect for a post workout recovery, and the mega teas give me that extra push throughout the day! The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I seriously recommend stopping in. From the beautiful decor, helpful staff, to the tasty (low calorie, high protein) array shakes- not to mention protein waffles. There’s so much to love about BLEND!
