When we pulled up for pick up, one of the people working there was chit chatting with the car ahead of us. Laughing and what not. He had the top half of his body out the window. We sat and waited for at least 5 minutes. Then he left us sitting there once he was done and walked away from the drive up. Very very poor customer service, to say the least. Then once we finally had someone come back to the window this guy mentioned above stood talking with the guy helping us. Yet again making us wait. And yet again very very poor customer service. Can you say karma?

I have had great pizza from this location in the past, the one I got last night was awful, the crust was undercooked and mushy. Sad since I do not eat pizza that often and was really looking forward to it.

I wished I had taken a photo. All the toppings were in the center of pizza. There was so much cheese on it. It was thicker than the crust, which tasted like cardboard. Wasn’t cooked enough, and we ordered it well/crispy. We didn’t save leftovers. We couldn’t wait to have Scribs pizza. Being from Muskegon, it’s a must when we get here. Laketon Scribs is much better.

Always pick up, but really Scribs is some of the best pizza around. Nice, crisp thin crust with lots of great toppings. Order a pound of deep fried mushrooms, cauliflower etc, you won’t regret it.

Absolutely disgusting. Nobody in the back waiting hair nets, no gloves, and no masks. Not to mention the long brown hair I found in my pizza that was cooked inside the pizza. The manager is out on a delivery..? What manager leaves the store? So can’t even get my refund.
