I don’t really understand. We ordered online over an hour and a half ago— charged for the food plus the $15 for delivery + service fees and tips. And we just ordered a few calzones… but the order status hasn’t updated and no one’s answering the phones. This happened once before but we finally got the order delivered after 2+ hours. This time, no one’s even answering…

Very disappointed. I ordered delivery of 3 sandwiches before 11AM. The order went through Menufy, and said it would be delivered between 11:59AM and 12:14PM. Sure enough – no updates aside from order received. I called the restaurant at 12:30 to find out what was going on. When he finally found the order, he said “we thought this was pick-up”. Then why did I pay a $5 delivery charge and give a generous tip??? Crazy! Sure enough the food arrived 2 hour after ordering and it was ice cold! No thanks – it wasn’t better then a meh anyway. So many better options available.

I am so disappointed. I used to love this deli and that there was such a great deli near my job but I had an absolute horrible experience a few months back that kept me from having anything to do with the place because they screwed my order up and then charged me to make it right and on top of that the delivery girl had gave me the biggest attitude in my job in front of customers. So I really wasn’t sure about going back but the craving for a decent deli sandwich won the battle one day so I decided to order with my co-workers, it went well so I figured there might be hope and decided to order again. Well that was the last time. Food was delivered and what do you know my wrap was wrong. I call back and the woman who answered the phone was nice and said they’d bring me another wrap. Well the new wrap showed up and was literally half the size of the original one, so I now I am even more annoyed – yet again they made a mistake and then take it out on me the customer who was just trying to eat lunch. I decided it’s whatever I am starving its not worth the fight with these people so I go to eat it….it’s still wrong! So not only did they completely down size my wrap because they had to remake it because they messed up but they also messed it up AGAIN! It’s like I ordered a ton of sandwiches or go something super complicated. I didn’t even bother calling back because I wasn’t in the mood for the attitude I get whenever THEY make a mistake. A new delivery girl needs to be hired because she is rude to the customer when she has to bring back food due to her and her co-workers mistakes. I will not be giving this deli anymore of my money and neither will my co-workers. It’s a shame we loved having a reliable place to order from but we will going else where.

Superb sandwiches and salads. I would argue and say they are the best go to sandwich in the Danbury area. Their cutlets are freshly made in house and delicious. A tad pricey, but it’s so worth it.

Never going back …went in to order for a party…no one at counter…employee saw us walk in cause he was in kitchen instead of coming out to help he stayed kitchen and got no help…and get this there was no one in deli that he was helping he was just standing there doing notbing….took my business elsewhere…was very dirty…counters

Their Pizza is pretty good I’ve had better I’ve had worse they could put a little more meat on pizza and it’s somewhat light on the cheese close to where I live and it’s either there or Capri Pizza in Bethel which I prefer
