I would’ve given a 5 star review but the manager(I think. Skinny woman with glasses) on 8/2 at 8pm was not wearing gloves while packaging marinara sauce. Acrylic nails and no gloves equals non hygienic. No gloves was enough. She also did not have a hat or hair restraint on. I’m a GM of a restaurant so I don’t understand why this was okay. Gloves and hair restraints are ALWAYS the way to go team! The young men helping me were great!

This was probably the worst pizza hut I’ve ever had. We have been getting our pizza here for about 9 years and it has been awesome every time. But this time was different. One pizza was burnt on half and another was soggy in the center. It also was supposed to only have bacon on half but it was all over. My wife couldn’t eat that even if it wasn’t soggy. The breadsticks were tough and seemed like they were baked twice. All was inedible. It was chaos behind the counter. Many people sitting around waiting for their order and there didn’t seem to be any managerial control. Wasted my time and my $30. Very disappointing.

We ordered last night after not having Pizza Hut for years. The plain cheese pizza we got was the best cheese pizza I’ve ever had. We ended up ordering again tonight, because we spent all day talking about how great the cheese pizza was.

Pizza Hut is different than it used to be. I used to love it. Now, the meats are different. the sauce has recently changed and it just not good. The breadsticks are still really good though! Not sure if I’ll ever go back again.

We forgot to select the “schedule ahead” option when placing an order. After placing we called and got through right away. Staff was great and said that, even though the pizza was already in the oven (that was fast) they would toss it and make fresh for the time slot we were hoping for.

Was delivered a pizza with toppings all slid to the side, wings with barely any sauce, then when it was replaced I was given the complete wrong order. I called sat on hold over 20 minutes then 5 minutes later the driver showed up with a completely cold order and says he gave me the wrong one. I’m livid.

Several times our order has been wrong. We order online so there is zero chance someone might have miss understood what we said. Most of the time they fix it or credit it. Last time the guy wanted to give us credit for the topping that they screwed up on. Which was 5.00, but my order was 35.00??

Short staffed. We used to order pizza from here all the time. Now they didn’t know if they could deliver to us. We are in town. I was so frustrated because it sounded like no one knew anything that I thought the pizza would be horrible so I called a competitor.
