I could just been taken out of one of their 1 hour containers and slept on a bun instead of being made fresh. I could been there for a while like it was old. Mate, I am very dissatisfied sorry. This is 2nd time I’ve tried this place. The 1st time the worker refused to take my order bc I was white. This time the lady was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to take my order. All the workers are standing around screaming and laughing talking about fighting people. We went to the restroom and workers are walking put without washing their hands. Every employee here needs replaced!!!

My children went in to place an order last night. They were in line but because the drive-thru got really busy they were turned away. They would not let them place an order. I went in to see what the problem was and I was told that the lobby was closed meanwhile there were people sitting down eating and 2 people that were waiting on food. By the way these two people placed an order right in front of my kids. The shift manager said I’m short handed and I can’t do all of this. I responded well you need to shut the entire restaurant down not turn customers away when they have been standing in line. I was told the lobby close at 8 but I don’t know if that’s true. I will be giving corporate a call.

Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes and the hours say open until 11 finally decided to pull up to the window and that sign says 9. 4 people standing looking at the drive thru and can’t even say sorry we’re closed. Need to fix hours on website if you close at 9 and not 11. And get ppl that want to work.
