I love their cauliflower crust but most of all I love my own unique pizza creations. The staff are always very, very patient, friendly and helpful. There were only two working when we arrived and within a very few minutes people began arriving as if someone rang the dinner bell. About this time a 3rd team member returned from break helping to clear the growing line of hungry Pieology fans. I would go here several times a week if my wife would let me.

My family and I recently purchased 4 custom pizzas from this Pieology in La Mirada. My mom loves Pieology and we go every time she visits, but we recently moved cities and tried this new location. We put in an Online Order since it usually saves us time and usually online orders are made correctly (at least, in my experience with other Pieologies and Mod Pizzas).

Like this place but don’t place an order online. Ordered two custom pizzas and they had missing/added several random toppings. Don’t know how you can be so far off the order. Unfortunately didn’t notice till we got home and due to allergies my pizza (what I assumed was mine) was not eatable. Tried calling and there was no answer. Didn’t order mushrooms, olives, pineapple, artichoke.

Generally, a pretty good experience. A lot of traffic, so try and get there before peak times such as lunch and dinner. I really like it when they get the pie rice crest nice and crispy through at the bottom but it is disappointing when the bottom gets a bit solved Out by the toppings. Really depends who is doing oven duty.
