Finally found a Grandy’s in the area! Such a nostalgic experience as they used to be everywhere when I was a kid. They have a great breakfast selection. Biscuits and gravy, country fried steak, hash browns, bacon. All delicious. The only thing I’m sad we missed is the yeast rolls don’t come out til around 10:30am. The employees at this family-run business are sooo nice and extremely helpful to make your experience the best. After bringing my father here before his flight back to VA, the owner said when he visits again to call ahead, and he will make yeast rolls earlier for him. How sweet is that? We will definitely be back, thank you so much! ☺️

THIS PLACE SHOULD REALLY TEACH THEIR COOKS HOW TO SEASON FOOD, WHAT FLAVOR IS, AND TO COOK ALL TOGETHER.!!!!! My wife and I were so upset at the biscuits and gravy!!! Way too much gravy and the biscuits were under cooked. That’s why they put so much gravy! The sausage that came with the Pancake sticks was so dry and it didn’t come how the image was. I only got one and not multiple. I’m gonna slap the person that recommended me to this place to order from.

What can I say… It’s Grandys! Dearly missed in Houston TX. This was my first stop in Dallas for a meal from DFW. The animated gentleman working the cashier (he’s originally from Houston) elevated this unappreciated food chain experience… Give that man a raise! THANK YOU GRANDYS for keeping the food, formula and prices mostly the same for 30+ years!

Over 30 years I have enjoyed Grandy’s breakfast and in one visit they destroyed all of that nostalgia. If the owner cannot see how lazy and incompetent their business is being run they are just as at fault. Have already emailed public health and sanitation about the extremely poor quality because I’m fairly certain that this particular Grandy’s takes advantage of only being inspected once per six months. You should hold a high standard every day. Not just when it will inconvenience you because you are inconveniencing your own customers with your below subpar standards. It’s a shame really.
