Be glad you are the customer and not the owner because with the massive amount of ingredients they put on your burrtio or in your bowl, I dont see how they turn a profit . Fresh and delicious. They all seem like they are mad at each other. I was entertained. Not room to sit inside so plan on carrying it out.

Not a great Chipotle location as it’s teeny tiny and the service is subpar. Food is cooked and seasoned well though. As other reviews have noted, online orders are often incorrect or missing items. It’s a busy location so it’s advisable to order during non peak times. Tobasco is a rare commodity here for sure. If you have the time walk around the corner to Surfside Taco Stand.

I literally did an online pickup at 12pm for 12:20pm and didn’t receive my food until 12:50pm. One guy working mobile orders during the lunch rush is crazy. Felt bad fir him but chipotle this isn’t the first time. Sadly I wont be back.

Great food…but why so much cilantro? Make it an optional garnish rather than being incorporated into almost everything. It limits choice for those who don’t like the taste of soap in their burritos. Thankfully the server was kind enough to find some non cilantro’d rice out back, but why not have it out front?

The guy served small small portions it’s crazy! I can even COUNT CHICKEN!! No VEGGIES “THEY WERE OUT!” At 6pm?! Asked for hot sauce and tea spoon of it. Asked for cheese and didn’t put it in! HORRIBLE LOCATION!

Food was as expected, staff worked smart wrapping tortilla ahead of time and it was still hot. Only complain was that they were vulgar in presence of clients and had poor customer service. Didn’t have forks out also already prepared which are all examples of the poor customer service I’m referencing.

Maria (the 60-ish year old cashier with colorful eyeshadow, about 5’1″) charged me for an item that was supposed to be free (I scanned my app for it as usual), and then berated me for “not telling her” (I DID), AND must have put the order in the bag sideways because it broke open on my way back to work, and sour cream & bean juice spilled onto my $200 dry-clean-only wool coat. She is also very difficult to understand and has a snippy attitude with customers (including myself– and I am the biggest people-pleaser ever so it’s not likely something I “deserved.”) See other reviews.

Go to Surfside around the corner instead. Better food, better service. This place is absolutely chaotic. “Out of” (meaning unmade) guacamole 90% of the time, and employees rarely offer/suggest refunds if your online order isn’t complete. The other less-than-favorable reviews follow a common theme. The ONLY decent employee is whom I assume to be the manager, but still it seems that she doesn’t have her subordinates in line.
