Check your bag! It’s like a little game, each time we check the bag, there’s still something wrong. Are we going to be missing something? Did they charge us for egg and cheese that we didn’t get? Lady at the window didn’t even know what we had. But once we clarified again, she found the order and gave us the wrong biscuit, with the gravy biscuit sideways spilling into the whole bag.

The employees at this location have a complete disregard for your food. I come here bc I live just a few minutes but I’d much rather drive to a different location. The employees here either get your order wrong or they give you your food in such a sloppy way, hence I included pictures of how I got my gracy biscuit today. They were tossed in a bag so the gravy and biscuits all ran to one side on top of that I had to clean up my table bc gravy was all over and it wasn’t even warm and some gravy ran out into the bag. Also, when I’ve asked for something extra or large, they charge you but don’t put it in your bag. The complaints are endless. Needless to say I never have a good experience here anymore. If Hardees served biscuits all day, it would put Bojangles out of business.

We were tired and hungry and in need of coffee for the remainder of our trip. It was late and we were told they had no coffee brewed; however, she would brew coffee for us if we wanted. The ham biscuits with fresh great tasting coffee and congenital employees… It don’t get any better.

The service was great. The young lady at the window was very kind and sweet, but the food not so great the fries were season way too much. It was like eating a pound of salt and the chicken Supremes I don’t know what was wrong with them but the breading was coming off of them completely and the biscuit was as white as paper not cooked all the way and I absolutely love Bojangles but here in Spartanburg at the DORMAN Center, they need to do better

Today is day 3 that my order has been wrong. I’ve ordered a 3 piece thigh and leg dinner with double dirty rice and I have yet to receive it. I ordered today and the window lady rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I asked for honey mustard. Friends of mine have had these same two issues as well. Ugh! Gotta do better!!

I usually have a good experience here but this time wasn’t the case. We ordered at the window and clearly stated we wanted a breast and leg with our combo and a large Mountain Dew no ice, even repeated it, but once we got to the window they proceeded to give us a medium drink and Breast and wing.. not a big deal it was fixed tho the person at the window did have a slight attitude and tried to tell us we didn’t order that when we did. And to top it off I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and the chicken strips weren’t even strips, more like nuggets and the fries were hard like they were off the bottom of the pan and slightly old. I mean if your running low on chicken please tell us instead of giving us these kinds of portions. The pie that we received was also hard like it had been sitting there for a while or cooked too long. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered at all….just a poor experience all around and makes me not want to go back.

They had on the app they had curbside pickup. That’s what I got. After sitting out there 25 minutes, I called. Manager came out with my food. It was rung up at 2:30, I got it at 2:50and everything was lukewarm, no eating utensils and no cream for my coffee. Went home and warmed it up to eat only to find they put cheese on my sausage and egg biscuit! Called back and Manager brought out fresh food and a fresh coffee, and a bo-berry biscuit, but I had to go back. I eventually got brunch!
