Food was very good. It was very busy and they seemed to be short-handed so service was a bit slow. This location does not have gravy for the chicken so that was a tad disappointing, but overall the food was good.

Having been to a different Rons in Tulsa that closed early, we decided to try this location. They did not disappoint! If you are craving that greasy burger and chili, this hits the spot. The onion rings and fries were fresh and perfect. If you like a sweet coleslaw with a hint of garlic, we highly recommend it at a modest 1.59. They accommodated my 91 year old father in law who could not have salt in his burger and wanted a very specific two pickles. Thank you for your kindness as this is one of his joys in life. It’s one of Tulsa’s best burgers. And don’t forget the Root Beer!

The food was fresh and hot. The wife had a plain hamburger, and I had a smothered chili-cheese burger. We ordered the large fries, they were nice and hot and perfectly cooked, but weren’t even close to the amount they give you the Ron’s in Broken Arrow. We usually share a large order, and this was less than the small size. We also had fried pickles and they’re really good.

I don’t know what has happened over the last year and a half but ever since they started remodeling this location things have went upside down. I have called 5-6 times in a row trying to make an order on multiple occasions and they won’t even answer their phone without repeated calls. The service has become not just “hands off” but mean to their customers. The service which used to be amazing is now awful. I am a regular here and after many problems over 10-20 interactions I feel i have to post this. I’ve worked my entire life in food service so I do not make these accusations or statements lightly.

The food here is absolutely phenomenal and they always get your order right. Chonker sized portions so you’ll get your fill and have leftovers. Also, I called to ask if they still had shredded pepperjack, and when they said yes I got excited and said “cool beans!” and they wrote it on the container. Cute little detail. 🙂 Good food made my good folk. I was sick and had to use DoorDash, but if you’re dining in, order root beer. It comes in a chilled mug! If you’re hungry and have a hankering for chili, look no further my friends.

Ordered to go when I was in town. My child’s Grilled cheese was burnt. Also ordered a chili cheese burger requested chili on the side. They pored it on the burger and it leaked out all over my other items. Highly disappointed with this visit. Been to several other locations and never had these issues. Most likely won’t return to this location. I’d rather drive extra to another location so food is not a disappointment.

Server on her phone and chatting with the cook. Rude when i asked her to bag the food that was sitting in the window. Saw 2 older ladies come in and i mever saw them greeted the whole time i was there. They knew i was frustrated waiting so long on an online order so i got a smartalic “Have a nice day” comment on the way out. I agree with the previous reviews. You shouldn’t treat people that way in a dying undustry. Maybe take some notes from the Mingo store.

First time eating at Ron’s. Got the classic burger with fries and a drink. Wife got the Ron’s classic with fried pickles. She said the ham was a bit salty. The burger was good the fries on point. The service was good. We ate what our sever recommended.

We enjoy these griddled burgers and home style cut potato fries. This is a solid basic burger. Good meat, fresh veggies, and a good bun make for a good meal. But if you prefer a thick, smoky, gourmet burger with unusual toppings you will need to adjust your expectations.
