Ordered food. Left for a bit. Had to wait again for 2 crazy bread combos. Lady said she had to put them through again because they were “doughy”. Not even the word for it… crazy bread was NOT CLOSE to being done and really doughy. Under cooked dough is all that it was. Picture attached does not do justice to how bad it truly is.

I ordered and paid for my pizza an hour ahead of time. Got there and they said it would another 6 minutes. Kitchen was a mess. If you can’t manage a business with an hour in advance and can’t deliver please close your doors. Many customers were frustrated like me waiting for their for over an hour. Mismanaged and I will not be back. A few years ago, this place was good but now the worst in town.

Complete garbage!! like who really can mess up cheesy bread! They absolutely can’t even cook it! I mean I thought the oven did that part , but it must be they are rushing it through because the bread was literally raw!! We have not been here for over a year and thought we would try again definitely a BIG NOPE I will never return!

Been over a half an hour waiting for a pizza, just one and people are walking up going in and leaving because they’re telling everybody cuz everybody keeps asking how long it’s going to be they said it’s going to be a while, do they not have enough workers or what’s going on maybe something with their oven but somebody needs to do something, because this is crazy

Lately it’s been awful. Horrible service!!! Long wait times at the establishment and for online orders! Employees being mean to other employees but no supervision to stop this…atmosphere was chaos and tense and this was the case the last three visits here. We are taking a break from this establishment hoping whenever we return they have it together. Because the food was good all three times.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 cheese and 1 supreme. After I paid the cashier said it would be 20-25 minutes. After 50 minutes the pizza finally was ready. Watched many people experience the same experience – no pizzas were ready made to go and they were very slow.

Consistently terrible store. Upon entering you will always be greeted by a sea of angry faced customers waiting on orders. Staff is incompetent, apathetic and rude. Expect long wait times especially if you order Door dash. You will be consistently disappointed. The only silver lining is that it’s decent food for the price.

I placed an order Friday afternoon at 1:30 on the online portal went to pick it up at 2:10 stood there for 25 minutes after one gentleman started getting loud because two employees could not even come to the front to say they were short staffed will be right with you etc. Then the lady tried to charge me for my pizza that I told her I paid for online after I waited 25 minutes past my order time still had to say with order pulled up I need a crazy bread order abd dipping sauce u forgot told her I’d show her the email oh yeah got it there was 7 people standing in the lobby waiting to pick up food terrible customer service no apologies at all
