Poor communication when trying to call to inform driver of directions or anything everything goes to a call center across the world. They connect you to store and no one picks up. I ordered via their webpage noticed no apt # and called to inform to only be told there was no order sorry do you want to order? NO what do you mean maam there is no order under this number I said fine I will order from Dominos. The poor door dash girl showed up 30 minutes later and we could not afford it and our dominos order. She got stuck with the bill.

Very kind and accommodating. Restaurant was exceptionally clean and comfortable, food came out good and fast, and staff was friendly. One of the better pizzahuts in the area so long as you’re not looking to sit down (it’s takeout only).

They don’t even pick up the phone at the restaurant. If you place an order, you’ll be talking to someone in China or Thailand somewhere that you can’t even understand. They won’t even honor a credit you have with them after they’ve messed up your order……

Have had 2 prior poor experiences with delivery from them in the past so decided to go in for carryout instead. There was no listed menu aside from one in a microscopic font that didn’t list any combos or specials, so I had to install the app and use that just to put in an order, in the store.

First time having a problem with this pizza hut. My app said it was delivered only to be late. Then when it got here it was unsealed and cold like its been sitting there for awhile. Customer service was not up to par. When i called the interaction was very fast and i couldnt even get a sentence out without being put on hold constantly. Eventually was hung up on and had to call back.

Worst service ever. Delivery for cancelled but never notified it was coming again. Called 15 times to the store with no answer. Ended up going somewhere else and then it shows up an hour and half later cold and with a hand written note. Very disappointing

I wish I could leave a zero. The time on my clock is 7:37 in the evening, and I ordered my pizza at 5:43. I realize it’s football and Sunday night so they would be slow, but this is ridiculous! I have been trying for 40 minutes to get ahold of someone at the storen but the phone rings and then hangs up. I just got a text telling me that I would receive my pizza delivered by DoorDash at 8:08 p.m. Worst service ever!!!

Store doesn’t answer phone, Pizza Hut apparently contracts out to door dash without letting you know beforehand. I’m missing parts of my order and cannot get ahold of anyone at the store directly or DoorDash.

My local delivery was closed and the curbside pickup is easier than paying for a delivery. I love how that worked and they were quick with it. Definitely recommend these guys. 5/5 for speed, accuracy, convenience, and pizza satisfaction.
