The chicken fingers are small. If you go to Publix or Piggly wiggly the chicken fingers are big. You would think a restaurant that specializes in chicken would not hold back on the size. The rest of the food is great and all but the chicken fingers need to be bigger.

Honestly, Ive never been too impressed by any Zaxbys until I moved to this area and took a shot at this location. Now its become a favorite. I dont know if its the chicfila next door spurring them on in the spirit of competition or the management and staff have always operated this well, but theyve made a fan out of me. Friendly folks, hot food (perfectly salted), always perfect order with napkins, utensils, sauces and straws. Even the cole slaw is fresh and crispy and ive never waited longer than a couple of minutes in the drive-thru or 20 minutes via doordash. Now, Im kinda craving it.

Just sent my daughter for our dinner with a list. They got the salads they ordered. I had her order a 5 finger plate tossed in tongue torch, 2 slaw no fries, with 3 blue cheese. I got a 5 finger plate, no tongue torch, no slaw double fries. This is the third time there has been a screw up at this location in 6 months. More at other locations. Zaxby’s… Get people or processes and procedures that work!!!

I love zaxby’s, I love their salads, and I love their wimpy sauce. I’m disappointed that they got rid of the Buffalo chicken salad but I still make my own and order the Wimpy sauce on the side. Upgrade to their new app they have a better point system now and you get a free Zack pack. I went to the drive-thru around 12:30 and there was only one person in front of me. Didn’t take more than 5 minutes from being in line to leaving.
