It seem like everyone hate this location by the reviews. I’m not sure what type of employees these people are hiring but they’re RUDE, DISGUSTING entitled kids. Can’t comprehend simple orders and need to be fired. Clearly you can’t get refunds here and they’re allowed to kick u out of the restaurant and slam sandwiches on the counter. Hatred at its finest. Never eating at a Jimmy John’s again. I didn’t put half of what these weirdos did to her in this review.

Wow this location SUCKS. First, they didn’t notify us that they delivered.. no app notification, no door bell ring, nothing.. after a 45 minute wait.. Then I pick up the food and drinks to find that both drinks are half full. One of them isn’t even what we ordered. Next, our sandwiches were missing additional items we PAID to add. Unbelievable. We’ll just drive to the other location next time.

This Jimmy Johns staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Robbie went ABOVE & BEYOND & took care of me by signing me up to the rewards program. I wasn’t aware of the rewards program nor how it worked. He was very excited to talk to me about the program and assisted me with the process from beginning to end. We need more Employees like Robbie!

Probably won’t go back, I stop here before work sporadically and every time I simply ask for one ingredient removed from the sandwich I like, and everything I’m given an entirely different sandwich. Some people might like this place but I genuinely have never had a good experience at this location.

Horrible customer service! I usually order my sandwiches online and have it delivered, but today I wanted to go in. Big mistake! The gentleman behind the counter was very unwelcoming. He didn’t even acknowledge me. They messed up my sandwich and when I said something the girl seemed upset she had to fix it. Overall it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend going inside.

We’ve ordered delivery from this Jimmy John’s and gotten good food before, but about 50% of the times they have delivered to us it has been awful. I worked at a JJ for 3 years in the city so I know exactly how my food should come, and definitely any sandwich delivered should NOT be smushed so bad that you can’t tell what’s bread and what is meat or cheese. An unwrapped sandwich should never come out of the bag DRIPPING with oil, and most definitely should NOT be made on day old bread. If you forgot to proof or bake fresh bread then you wait until fresh comes out, not use yesterday’s bread! Some of the employees at this location clearly are in need of more training or closer supervision of their trainer.
