I stood at the counter, which is inside the gas station, for at least 10 minutes. Never once was acknowledged, 2 younger girls were standing there talking, the other was grabbing a donut and rudely talking about the people on the schedule. NEVER GOT WAITED ON! I left. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Starbucks now has my business when I’m in Rochester for work. Sad….

6/17/23 the two girls working were goofing around, acting ridiculous. There were donuts and papers on the floor in front of display. The iced coffee I ordered was terrible. Another customer waited for a while and called out for someone to come to counter. Girls were in back, ignoring store. Awful service and dirty. Warsaw DD will be getting our business.

Let’s talk about TRUTH Private

Waiting behind 2 people. After the first customer received their food, the next in line was a female customer who seemed to being hit on by a fat tans-goth-thingy. Completely ignored me. Thankfully another server came and got my order, and was efficient and friendly. My best advice; go to the Himalayas and disappear; do us all a favor. You will not be missed. “pumpkin-stein” hehe. Why do companies hire certain people to work with the public when apparently they don’t even like people, or even themselves for that matter? These are the people who get “beat up” by customers each day and eventually they get worse and worse with their attitude.

I’d stick to their drinks and doughnuts… I grabbed 2 sausage and egg sandwiches and they both had some nasty taste to them almost like dirty dish water tasting… maybe a dirty grill I have no clue but took a bite out of both to see if they were both that way since 1 was a muffin and another was a croissant and I have regrets.. should have just grabbed a doughnut..

I love their food and coffees. The only issue I have with this particular location is they don’t do the Dunkin rewards because they are owned by the Pilot station that they are located in.

I don’t know, but that lady at the drive thru window was the most pleasant and polite person I’ve encountered in many years!!! Very few words were spoken, but I likely won’t forget about it. Wish I could spend the day with her. Best gift I could have asked for. 12/17/22 @5:30am. I pulled my vehicle over to write about this wonderful experience

Usually decent, pretty good donuts, blueberry glazed cake are THE BEST! Employees are usually younger Gen. But mostly respectful and polite. Wait times vary but usually not the employees fault- customers are to blame for long wait times if there are any. That goes to show the donuts are delicious
