The Pies the Limit
Pretty bad experience. Ordered carry out. Order was not ready when I arrived. Was asked to come back in 15 minutes for a fresh order. I came back after 17 minutes and saw the guy break the seal on my boxed order and take the breadsticks out and start repackaging for a waiting person in the lobby, I spoke up and said that’s my order and the guy put the food back in my box and handed to me my order with a broken seal. It was unsettling that they would try reselling my order to someone else. In the presence of customers watching. Wish I hadn’t paid up front. Will not be coming back ever again.

Pizza Hut is the absolute worst! Their app and online ordering doesn’t work and when calling, it sounds like a call center with foreigners. I tried calling to order a pizza twice and each time they hung up on me.

This place is awesome. Absolutely delicious everytime and we come from holt. The sauce is sweet and some spice the crust is the perfect amount of crispness. No need for extra sauce or anything. Hands down the best pizza from anywhere for my family. Thank u!!!!

Pure nostalgia; I hadn’t had PH since i was a kid, & when i got this the other day, i instantly was familiar with the taste. I got half veggie & my gf got her half pineapple. We also got some breadsticks with marinara. It tasted great & was not insanely overpriced, so I am pretty satisfied (:

Just got a medium pizza and a family size alfredo dinner with bredsticks through delivery tonight. Delivery driver was super nice so she gets a pass. However, whomever made the pasta used Penne noodles instead of the original curly noodles and put WAY to much oregano on it. Again, no harm to the delivery driver because she was great and so was our medium pizza. But I’m not ordering again just due to them switching up my families favorite without letting us know. Had I would have known it was different and more heavly seasoned, I would have ordered something else.

Just bad. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years. The service here was very slow and the pizza packed both sauce and cheese enough to fully cover it. We ended up just throwing it away

Worst Pizza Hut service. I ordered a large Garlic buttery blend thin crust pizza and six traditional wings with Smokey Siracha. They made 1/2 inch layered cheese on pizza and no garlic crust. I like the wings but they had only 5 instead of 6 wings. Please avoid this location while ordering from Pizza Hut.

Honestly, pretty disappointed. I probably would have given it less stars but I noticed that the place seemed to be short staffed and thought maybe that was why I had a bad experience. The amount of toppings was pathetic, it felt like it was rushed through the oven as it came out with very thin crust that didn’t seem to be cooked. Notice in the photos that the cheese sticks just have a clump of cheese in one spot and the pizza has areas that are missing cheese completely. The pizza sauce in the container was also less than half full. Luckily I only paid $23 in total. SMH… If this is what you get here… I’ll likely just stick with Marcos.

Be VERY carefu!!! I ordered online for delivery. I waited for a while and it didn’t come I called Pizza Hut and they said it had been put in as a pickup order which I did not. He said that was okay he would correct it and I would have a credit on my account to order another time. I had also corresponded with customer service at the main Pizza Hut corporation. About a week later I wanted to order my pizza so I called and the person that answered the phone was actually the manager who had taken my previous call and remembered me he said he would get that right out to me. I never got it or any communication from them. I contacted corporate again and was referred back to the main store. I tried to cancel the charge but at this point it’s already been a couple weeks because I shouldn’t have been patient. I have never been able to contact a person at the corporate office and the manager of the Pizza Hut in East Lansing has two times evidently lied to me and never followed through and I’ve never gotten a credit. If your pizza doesn’t come in the time they said it would get their call be a squeaky wheel and call, call, call. I would have done that if I would not have been so trusting because it was Pizza Hut and not just a local pizza place
