I usually eat here once a week. Food is top notch but disappointed in the last visit. They’re running specials on Tuesday and Thursday that I didn’t read clearly enough and they made no effort to ask if I wanted the special when I was ordering the same exact type of food. Was surprised at the bill. I made a clear mistake but their desire to let me make that mistake for a few bucks is greater than their desire to keep a long-term customer happy. This comes after price increases and shrinking meal sizes like removing shrimp from The Hibachi dinner.

Delicious, fresh food and a clean dining space. The food is quite pricey, but it is of a high quality and prepared perfectly. We had bento boxes and sushi, which were both exceptional. The sushi is extremely expensive though. We will be going back to try more items and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant ever. Period. We walked in an hour before they close and the teenager staff tries to do anything to not seat you so they can go home? like they don’t see you and treat you terribly. Two of the members of staff chose a table right next to us after seating us (out of all options) and mopped with smelly chemicals right by us while we tried to eat our food. Then she proceeded to ask her manager every 5 minutes if she could go home. The she loudly spoke on her cell phone. If you come in even an hour before closing they treat you like garbage and like they don’t want to seat you. Once we came in 45 minutes before closing and they turned us away. The only adult manager in there doesn’t seem to care or try or do anything. Really bad staff they act worst than a fast food staff awful awful behavior

I came here on Monday morning to have a lunch date with myself. The ambiance was very nice and the customer service was good as well. I enjoyed the calamari appetizer and will definitely be ordering that when I return. The vegetable hibachi was also very good and was a great portion size.

Very disappointed in our almost $100 meal we had delivered. We paid $14 for 6 rubbery scallops that are swimming in liquid. Orders an order of scallion pancakes with dipping sauce and received what you’ll see in the attached picture.
