I stopped in for lunch after some shopping at the outlet mall. I’ve only visited one other location once before today. I don’t recall what I had then, it’s been a long while. Today I tried their Reuben on wheat. There was not a lot of meat or sauerkraut, but too much dressing. It was warm. The taste was not bad, but not particularly good either. Arby’s Reuben is much better.

Food was decent but poor customer service. They don’t display the prices on the menu correctly and then get annoyed when you question them about it. This place was pretty empty when I went and it’s no surprise why. Would not go again.

Food was good but dropped to 3 stars because the cookies ‘n cream milkshake is not at all what you are lead to think when ordering. The menu in the store shows a white shake with chunks of cookies and whipped cream on top. What I got was a brown mush, no cookie chunks whatsoever. The employee said it’s a mix that they blend which is fine but there was no whipped cream either. If you expect $4.50 from me, then I have the right to expect what you advertise. I added a pic from the menu on the wall to show what was advertised, and a pic of the brown mush that i actually paid for.

We ordered basic sandwiches. Came with no cheese on 3/4, no condiments on half. and came cold when we asked for toasted…. no one’s sandwich was right.

Placed an order online because everywhere except Google shows them open til 9. Nope. Closed when I arrived. According to workers next door, they just randomly leave, sometimes as early as 3pm. No sign on the door. Nothing. EDIT: Still waiting for a call with a manager to see if they will refund. I think they just stole my money. Hours listed on door, and on website are not accurate. According to next door workers and other reviewers apparently they just randomly close whenever. I placed the order through the website no problem. Wish I had read reviews here first. Absolute Trash.

$31 for 2 sandwiches, chips and drinks. They don’t offer the menu sandwiches anymore. (Like Grinder) They were spraying Fabuloso to clean the table. The smell is VERY strong when you’re eating. The restroom was out of paper towels and the soap dispenser was missing. They had a disgusting dispenser on the sink. I’ve seen better gas station restrooms. Which Wich has gone downhill. Not sure I’m going back.

They do not speak English so order was lost in translation. Also, I asked for a regular size grinder ($6.75) but was charged $8.75 for it. And the receipt doesn’t show what you pay for so you can’t prove what you ordered if you want to challenge it.
