Came here with my family through the drive thru on Saturday. We had a party of 7. My sister in law was asking her 4 children what they wanted so naturally it was a bit hectic. No one was in the line in front of us or behind us at all. We had only been sitting for maybe 5 mins before someone came back on the line and asked was she ready to order again. She said please allow me more time I have a large party. The manager that was on the drive thru came back and said very rudely well we are being timed. Obviously and rightfully so that angered my sister in law. She pulls around to speak to a manager and that’s when this rude excuse of a manager comes to the window yells at my sister in law because she doesn’t like what my sister is saying and then slams the window shut in the middle of my sister talking. Yes my sister was loud at that point. Corporate really needs to be up at this location doing some overhaul on who you have managing that place. That lady is rude and doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Will never go back there again and told everyone I know not to go to that place again. -1 star if I could give that.

It is 11:16pm on a Saturday. They close at 12. We came to the window noone answered for 10 minutes. We pull up to the window waited there for a while we heard ladies in the back laughing and we saw a worker with her headset on sitting down eating in the lobby on her phone. We went to the drive thru again said hello noone answered. If you guys are closed for cleaning or whatever other reason please have the decensecy to put a sign so customers know. Horrible making us play the guessing game.

Having experienced mostly negative visits to Burger King in northern California this location was a pleasant surprise. Food was piping hot and cheese melted with fast and friendly service. 2:30 pm seems to be the sweet spot at this establishment

Made my order, gave my code. I’m told that number is not coming up in the system. So I say, I’ll come to the window.Got to the window , the kid says … I cant take orders at the window. I had made my order, picked my drink & sauce. The kid claimed to be the manager, refused service. It was not my mistake, not my app, it was my time & money. Very poor customer service. I sat at that window for 5 minutes, I told her I was going to set there for 5 minutes. Watched employees go out and tell others in the line to honk their horns because we weren’t going to move. Nobody honked. She wouldn’t even give her name.

I am very disappointed with my order that was placed today at this store #3611. The app should definitely state that the icee machine wasn’t available. I left this restaurant very unsatisfied, definitely will not be back. Customer service was terrible. “ Manager” with the blue colored hair has no experience with problem solving I would definitely replace her with someone else if you don’t want more terrible reviews.
