Reasonably priced and decent portions, great service, the staff were very good to us. The food tasted good but the main kicker is the root beer and root beer floats, absolutely delicious. The place however was outdated and a bit rundown, bathroom was nasty because of needing remodeling (rust and cauc) however was sanitary as far as being cleaned.

Chicken was chewy fish was old fries were cold hush it was recalled hush puppies were really small they small. Literally the worst food I’ve ever had any long John silver’s anywhere. I was frequenting this particular location once or twice a month I guarantee this will be my last visit.

They refuse to do their jobs! They are required to be open during the hours that are CLEARLY POSTED on the door, yet the door was locked, and they refused to open it! I called their phone, the manager answered, and she said she refused to open the door, but the drive thru is open. I said I refuse to use the drive thru, you are required by law to be open during these hours, it is only 5PM, and there is no sign on the door that says you are closed! Without a sign you are NOT ALLOWED to lock the door within these hours! She still refused and she hung up on me. The manager needs to be fired for being too lazy to do her job!!!

We stopped to eat at your restaurant. Despite the sign on the door stating open Lobby hours, the doors were locked, making the drive thru the only option. No offense, but your food is to messy to eat in on our vehicle. We opted to take our bussiness some place else. We were one of two cars that drove off your lot, taking our money with us instead of leaving some with you.

The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. I’m from Florida, where most of the Long John Silver’s have closed near me, so it was a joy to see one out here in Oklahoma during my visit and discover the quality and taste is still top quality

The food at this location is fine but the service has become the most laughable thing I’ve ever seen. First they try to convince you it’s going to take to long to place an order and have it made. If you continue with an order they are so hateful to you and remind you each item will take twelve minutes to make. Continue ordering and they just get nastier about it.

If any LJS should have closed it. Is this location. The tulsa locations were friendly, cleaner and better kept. This one will not answer the phone. They also do not have dinning open when EVERYWHERE has dinning open post covid world. The parking lot and building are very run down. Wait time in the drive thru is 20+ minutes. Last time I had a good experience was before covid. So 3+ years ago. I don’t know why I keep trying

Once again we waited in the drive thru just to be told they don’t have enough food for a 16 piece dinner. 3rd time. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before they even started talking the car in front of us. I guess she was too busy talking boxes to her car to be bothered by customers. It was going to be take-out and about 40.00 total. But she didn’t even know how long it would take to cook some chicken. Then she stopped talking to us on the speaker. I waited 2 minutes then said hello 4 times before she said hello back. I can’t believe a great food place that’s been here for decades is gone. Corporate needs to clean house and fix this poor restaurant.

I bought a 3-piece chicken dinner hush puppies were way over cooked french fries were way undercooked and chicken was tough was not worth $10 definitely not worth it very very disappointed that was the most waste of $10 I have ever spent I work for Long John silver’s in ponca City Oklahoma 45 years ago and we would have gotten fired for serving food like this
