On our way through to Augusta Georgia and stopped for dinner on a Tuesday night. GREAT authentic Mexican food made with good products by cooks who care and served by very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend!!

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. There was one woman serving the entire place and it was busy. We ordered quesadillas, ACP, and the Javi special. Food was okay but could have been better. May try again another day.

I will never eat here again. The first time I came here, the tea tasted like it was going bad and the steak in my food was going bad. It tasted sour, but when I mentioned it, they denied it was going bad. So I went ahead and paid. I took my daughter there this evening and the food was good this time, but my daughter doesn’t eat that much, so she ordered off the kids menu. Well, when I went pay, the bill was over priced and when we questioned it, she had charged us for an adult meal. Then we asked for two teas to go, she brought us an empty cup. Not once did she even try to fix the bill. She just tells us that you have to be under a certain age to get the kids meal. Are you kidding me??? I will never ever spend another penny there again. Senior Garcias is a lot better place. Better food, better service and they wouldn’t hesitate to correct their mistake. It’s also a lot better atmosphere. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. Go to Senior Garcias.

Pretty good little Mexican restaurant in Clinton. The waitress was pleasant and did a great job. This restaurant boasts fair prices and large portions, however the Newberry sister location is far superior in food flavor and freshness.

Sent my husband to get El pollo loco extra queso (didn’t know he was going here)… Came back with a ton of vegetables half cooked, hardly any chicken and it was over cooked, no cheese, no beans, and no tortillas. Had I known it would have all of these extras I wouldn’t have ordered it. What’s with the vegetables??? After looking at the menu it’s all this way so we won’t be back.

The food tastes great but we were overcharged. Meal was listed for $8.75 online but charged $12.95. No plastic utensils. One order was incorrect. We are from out of town. Do not go here without triple checking prices and order.
