Sorry, I ate the pizza before I could take the picture! This is still the great St Louis pizza I remember from college!! Great spot tucked away off the main road, always clean, and they employees are always ready to help you decide what you want on your pizza. They also have a great salad bar!!

We were double charged. When calling into the store we were told 3 days to a week in order for the money to be returned. It has been a week, called the store and was told they couldn’t do anything about it but the GM comes into tomorrow. A week it too long to return money. Why?

Ordered two Imos Extra Special sandwiches, garlic cheese bread and baked lasagna. The Lasagna was more sauce and cheese than anything. I’m not even sure there were any noodles at all. The bread has changed and the meat tasted funny. We will not order again…..

Horrible food, presentation and horrible customer service at the Granite City Location. The “ghetto of the ghettoist” The staff are all 99.999% white and .01% light “Not black though.” If you are a minority of any race, “you will” be discriminated against, disrespected and treated unfairly like I’ve read in other post. While most of the management team act just like their GM… ignorant, rude and naive while lacking common sense, the lower waged staff with no titles are more customer friendly while getting a smaller paycheck. If you just have to have Imo’s pizza, you’ve been warned…don’t go to this one!
