Even though old owner customer service wasn’t that good, the food was amazing. Now with the new owners the customer service is amazing but the food is definitely not the same. Bring back the old owner with the bad customer service please!

I placed an order through door dash for 2 meals. I only received one and it was not either of the ones i ordered. I called the dasher, who was at the restaurant picking up another order. He let them know and the person admitted that she had given him the wrong order because she “wasn’t wearing her glasses”. She refused to give him the correct one nor would they answer the phone, which the dasher predicted. I will never patronize this location again

I ordered the philly & wings combo. The flavors were good. Three stars for the fact that the counter is enclosed in bullet proof glass (Which makes it hard to see the menu) and the language barrier makes it difficult to order. There’s no access to condiments or drinks (other locations have full access). I wouldn’t go back simply because I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable. A shame because the food is pretty good.

The fries are meh. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Typically, other locations and wing places will use white American cheese, but this location uses provolone cheese. It doesn’t even melt well AT ALL. It’s too thick. It’s giving mozzarella sticks on a sandwich. I don’t mind melted cheese, but stiff and layered??? No ma’am! The cheese is literally holding this sandwich together There was a paper at the order window stating what came on a Philly but they CLEARLY didn’t have cheese (let alone provolone) on that list. My drink had too much ice and my peach lemonade mix seemed a bit watered down. Prefer the Moreland Ave. location.

Every time I visit this American deli they charge me an extra 0.50 on my order for mixed sauce or lemon pepper sprinkles when it it already comes on the food. Hot wings with lemon pepper spinkles. That’s not mixed sauce. I ask why he charged for mixed sauce. He said because he just charged it. But on the back end charging folks that extra 0.50 for a credit card payment and not saying nothing.

I ordered SOFT wings. After looking at the wings, I told the Asian woman that they did not look soft. She then proceeded to ask the Hispanic cook if it was fried soft. He told her yes. I went back and forth and said they do not look soft. The way that they were SO combative, one would have thought that I was asking for something I did not pay for. I will NOT spend my money with them again! If I could give zero (0) stars I would.

Not the usual fries, they were small crinkle fries that tasted like old grease. But my real complaint is the meat, it had a weird almost rotten or bloody taste. I could only eat two bites and I thought I was throw up. The drink was the best part of the meal. Im a big fan of American deli so I am disappointed and still hungry
