Local business owner here. I normally don’t do this. But it’s been on various occasions that I’ve ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it had no mushrooms. Tonight I ordered two. One for my grandfather dying on hospice, and one for myself. NEITHER had mushrooms. The cheese is literally HARD, and the entire burger is cold and stale. Simply put, this establishment has had more than one opportunity to show its worth. No wonder Hardee’s has struggled to retain its power as a fast food giant.

Very disappointing. The tray I was eating off looked like it had grease on it. Black grease, like automotive! Restaurant overall wasn’t clean. Plenty of staff but lack of attention to detail. Bacon was rubbery, lemon for tea didn’t look at all fresh. Burger was tasty and tea was good, but I was so grossed out that it was hard to enjoy.

Went inside today for breakfast only to find out they were severely understaffed for a weekend. There was two people up front and two in the back is all I saw. The manager in the kitchen came up front when she got clear to help get orders and this man started yelling and cussing at her because of how understaffed they were. He wanted to know who the manager was and she said she was at the time but not over the store. I was ashamed. I felt so bad for her. She told him she apologized but there was nothing she could do. She could take his order or move on to the next customer. She got the four of us cleared out and went back to the kitchen and he continued yelling over me trying to order. She was doing it all. Not sure who is over this store exactly but it is not right to only give 4 people on a weekend. I know everyone is short staffed but my goodness. On a side note the food was delicious haha.
