I will say I’ve gotten subs here that were good but this last time is ridiculous, a 1/4 of the steak in the sub was still raw.. the picture shows just a little bit of it after I realized.. I didn’t feel digging out the rest..

More than just a sandwich place, the staff is great too. Very friendly and very entertaining. If you ask them nicely enough they will even sing songs or do impressions for you while they make your sub. Total class act!

This was my first visit to this location. The store was exceptionally clean, and service was prompt. I ordered a #13 The Original Italian, which is a sandwich with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. Italian subs are my favorite, and this one was Ok overall. The flavor was “ham heavy”, would had been better with more salami and pepperoni. The sub itself was the regular size, which seemed to be approximately 6″, and with tax was about $10. Maybe the portions were off, but seemed small for $10, so there are better values in the area, more bang for your buck. I may try a hot sandwich next time and see if the portions are better.

I usually don’t give a bad review but I have to say that we have been there 3 times and only once was our order right. The reason I am bringing it up is because if someone has ordered something without let’s say peppers and they still put them on the sub, what happens if that person is allergic to them? I work in the food industry myself and we all make mistakes but come on, one out of three orders wrong…do better.
